Personalised products
Every Aura Canvas is printed to your specification from your own photograph. Because each piece is made only for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- a change of mind;
- an incorrect size chosen by the customer;
- dissatisfaction with the content or quality of the photograph supplied, particularly where our order page warned that the image may print softly at the chosen size.
Damaged or defective canvases
If your canvas arrives damaged in transit, or has a printing or manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Defects include tears, smudging, misprints, visible stretching faults, or the wrong image or size sent due to our error.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@auracanvas.co.za with your order reference and clear photos of both the canvas and the packaging. We will offer a free reprint, or a full refund if a reprint is not possible or not wanted.
You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask for it. If we do, we will cover the cost of the return.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund until it enters production. Because production can begin quickly, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of payment.
Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Our right to cancel
If an image is unsuitable for printing, infringes someone else's rights, or is offensive, we may cancel the order. In that case we will refund the full amount you paid.
Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, contact us and we will trace it with the courier. If it is confirmed lost in transit, we will reprint it or refund you.
Colour and appearance
Screens vary. Slight differences in colour and brightness between the image on your screen and the printed canvas are normal and are not considered defects.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Paystack, usually within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. For the full terms of sale, please read our Terms and Conditions.
